Harrison Central had six individual champions in finishing a close second in the annual Dover Invitational Wrestling Tournament on Saturday.

Maple Heights scored 290 points to win the title, while the Huskies were second with 288. Marlington (196) was third, followed by Lake Catholic (183), Jackson (182), Dover (167), Ridgewood (127), Cosh-octon (107), Harrison Central “B” 59 and Warren JFK 34.

Darin Heavilin (103), Nick Risdon (130), Rob Eddy (160), Ian Howell (189), Jake Mallernee (215) and heavyweight John Eckroth all won individual titles for the Huskies. Taylor Banks (152) finished second for Harrison Central, while Jake Emery (125) finished third.

Dover had nine individual placers, with Brogan Endres (140) and Keith Johnson (171) finishing second.

Dustin Bates (125), Tony Contini (145), Travis Siegenthaler (152) and heavyweight Zach Lyons were all fourth for the Tornadoes.

Coshocton’s Seth Nolan won the title at 171 pounds, while Zach Cantrell (112) and Jacob Bresciani (189) were fourth.

Heavyweight Zach Queen finished second to lead Ridgewood. Nathan Anderson (160) was second, while Will Allen (135) and Jake Conrad (171) were third.

Mike Fee of Lake Catholic, the champion at 152 pounds, was named the most valuable wrestler.
