Oak Glen, Beaver Local, & Parkersburgh South This will be one of the best Triangular Duals anywhere around driving distance. BL and OG, was a good dual. Then throw in PS. It will be at Oak Glen (each school gets 300 tickets, $5) Starting time 1P.M. Beaver Local was forced out of this tri for a schedule conflict ! That sucks it would have been a good one.

THURSDAY12-19-02

 St. John, St. Clairsville @ Beallsville 6:00PM This will be a tough one to call! I will go with St.C 2-0, St. John, 1-1, and host Beal 0-2. St. Clairsville fills a full and competitive team, St. John will probably be with out Case, and to many open weights.

Cameron, East Liverpool @ John Marshall 6:00PM      EL makes this a very interesting tri (make up from 12-17-02). I will take JM 2-0, EL 1-1, Cam 0-2. JM is solid in each weight, el will be a close winner against Cam. Well I did not do very good at this one, opps!      EL 38 JM 34, Cam 42 JM 37, EL 44 Cam 36 East Liverpool is starting to gel as a team.

Indian Creek, Martins Ferry @ Dover 6:00PM                 In a very close one I pick IC over MF. Creek has a full line-up

Steubenville @ Wheeling Park    I have not seen WP line- up yet but after the results of the Barnesville Tournament, I will pick them over Big Red in a very close one. WP 52 Steub 25, WP makes another statement!

Buckeye Local @ Harrison Central    Wow! This should be a good one under the light (HC wrestles under a single light above the mat and no other lights on in the gym). BL is a good team but I give the nod to HC at home. I under estimated BL, but not again BL 43 HC 25

Brooke @ Magnolia This will be my first look at Mag, but I think Brooke is just too much. I pick Brooke. BRK 82 Mag 0

  Shad, Mead, and Shen This looks to be a nice Tri match. I will go with Meadowbrook 2-0, Shadyside 1-1, and Shenandoah 0-2. Mead has the advantage with a full line-up and more dual meet experience. Mead 56 Shad 19, Shen 39 Shad 14, Shen 44 Mead 30. Shenandoah looks strong in this tri.

Bellaire @ Cambridge    I think Bellaire has to be the favorite here, judging from the St. John Tournament. Cambridge is a little to young to win this one. Match was rescheduled do to Bellaire not being able to wrestle (Impetigo). Rescheduled for Jan. 11 at Bellaire.

Lin @ Steub C. C. I don't know much about Linsly and I seen Steub C. C. wrestle at St. Johns and they will fill a full team. I will go with the home team Steub C. C. Linsly has dropped there wrestling program for this year!

BvL @ OG    Always a quality dual, I have seen this one the last 3 years. OG is a solid team in every weight class and with home mat advantage the Golden Bears will win over a very talented Beaver squad. The beavers have an abundant supply of high notch wrestlers buy OG has a more solid lineup. The Beavers are yet down to weight as a team also. Cancelled because of ICE

Camb @ Wells     Tuesday at 1:30 assembly match. Two teams with a rebuilding year. Wellsville good on the lighter weights and Cambridge better on the heavyweights. Should be a close match. I will stay with my program Wellsville with the Win. 42-39 Camb

Brooke @ Cameron    Again two great programs one little school, one big school. Believe me size does not matter here but, I will go with the big school Brooke in a tight one. Brk 44-22
