WEIGH-INS: 

Friday:  March 23       6:00–8:00 pm             and                    Saturday: March 24        7:00-8:00am

Wrestling begins:

9:30 a.m.  for all Divisions          Wrestling will take place on 5-6 mats

Double Elimination Tournament    /     Awards to top four placers

Matches will be three 2 minute periods for Divisions III - V  / modified high school rules

and three 1-minute periods for Divisions Tots - II

LIMIT:                 If there are four or less boys entering a weight class, we reserve the right to move them up to the next higher weight class or combine weight classes. EXCEPTION: no wrestler will be moved to the heavy-weight (HVY) class without parental or coach’s permission.

In consideration of the undersigned wrestler’s entry into this event, we the undersigned on behalf of ourselves and our heirs, executors, administrators and all others, do hereby assume all the risks and hazards of participation in the event and do hereby waive, release and discharge the East Liverpool Takedown Club, East Liverpool High School, East Liverpool City School district, all of their directors, officers, agents and employees, and all tournament sponsors, officials, volunteers and participants from any and all claims for injuries, damages or losses directly or indirectly related to participating in this event.  We realize we are assuming all risks and that we are releasing those parties herein identified in advanced of any occurrence from all claims including those arising from negligence and/or omission.  If the undersigned wrestler ever attempts to disaffirm this release, the undersigned parent/guardian hereby agrees to defend and completely indemnify those hereby released as a result of any such effort or resultant judgment, claim, loss or suit

This is also a qualifier for the 2007 Ohio Tournament of Champions, to be held on

April 21, 2007 at the Columbus Convention Center in Downtown Columbus, Ohio.

When:          Saturday March 10, 2007

Where:         Cambridge High School, Cambridge, Ohio

Rules:           Modified High School 2-2 minute periods, each period begins Neutral.

                     Out of bounds, or lack of activity will result in wrestlers being in the

                     neutral position.  Double elimination.  Weight classes with 4 or less

                     may be combined .  Wrestlers may not compete in two different age groups,

                     or weight classes.  Top 3 in each weight class qualify for O.T.O.C.

Weigh Ins:   Saturday, March 10, 2007   7:00-9:00 am wrestling begins at 10:00 am.
